At times we have been known as "The Pumpkin Church." At other times we have been known as "The Ultimate Church." That would be as in Frisbee, not as in better than all the rest. Frisbee is a part of what we offer here. And pumpkins and us? Well, we do have a history. But the mission component of our ministry has defined us through the years. We have been blessed to serve alongside some amazing people in these last 10+ years. And our lives have surely been touched by God's children we have met along the way. Misson trips are life-changing experiences. We hope and pray some change comes when we get out of the way and let God work through us. But, we come back home knowing deep down that we're the ones who have been changed most of all. We come home humbled. We are not the heroes because we give a week of our lives here and there. The heroes are those who give their lives daily to God's children in need and those who keep fighting through circumstances we can't even imagine. If you or your church would like to know more about any of the places we have served, drop Forrest an e-mail at fwhite@trinityumc.net
